I want to get rid of these man boobs without spending thousands of $$$. I've had them for about 8yrs with no medical condition. Im 6'0 ,194lbs And in good shape. There must be a way to burn the fat tissue.

What do you do for chest exercises? To burn fat you can't just use cardio. You need weight resistance training. I used to have man boobs. When you start developing your chest with weight lifting, they go away and become firm.
