Lol, puberty doesn't care when your birthday is. You won't automatically start growing hair on your face or your pubes on your birthday.
Some guys don't start puberty until they're 15 or older. That isn't to say it'll take that long for you, but it's very possible you won't start puberty until you're 13 or 14.
