I need bodybuilding advice.?!

I need bodybuilding advice.?

Okay, I'm getting serious in bodybuilding.
I'm 14, and if I don't start now, its going to be hard to gain in the future.
I lift every other day, but sometimes everyday. But, it don't feel like im gaining muscle. I have a Weider Pro bench. I have a barbell, and dumbells. I'm looking to build my Biceps, Triecps, and calves. But, I need some advice. What to drink. I have powerade option to fill in for water. But, im focusing on water more. I drink Monster Khaos before for energy, and Whey Protein during. How can I boost that? Should I drink Whey? Or is it bad for the muscles. Everyone says its good and all, but I don't see improvement. Any advice? Any routines I shoud follow? Any website with routines and workouts and sheets?

i am soooo experienced in this..i have now still big muscels but not as big as in the past...because i do fitness rarely...personally i can say that "whey" is a good product and it is impossible that it wont help. and "creatine" is a good product too!(sure you have to be carefully with that)lol.
my advice for exercises:its not true that its takes sooo much training to get bigger muscels!i personally can spend only "20" minutes for biceps training sometimes and everybody wonders how they grow and the growing veins...i think its more important to "know" when to do it.."how" to do it!! and its important to take alot of rests and pause too!!dont work too much
