In circumcision do they..?
in circumcision do they roll the skin all the way back, or do they leave it how it is and take it off
cuz i cant roll my skin all the way back now, i did it once, but i had problems getting the skin back in place

If it doesn't slide back, they'll rip it off from the head, after all, they're going to cut it off. That's what they do to babies, since on newborns (and young children) the foreskin is attached to the head to prevent stuff like poo from touching the head. So if it doesn't slide back, they'll rip it from the head (if it's attached) or make a cut across if it's tight.
