I will be jogging in the morning?
Should I eat before I jog or no, I heard you shouldn't eat. Also I was wondering if biking does anything for your bat urning
Answers:
I really don't recommend jogging because of the strain it puts on your knees in the years to come, but if your going to jog then you shouldn't eat anything at least 1 hour before jogging. Biking and jumping rope is a better alternative to jogging. Your knees will thank you.
