Not normally. Sperm comes out with seminal fluid when you ejaculate. Sperm is made in your gonads and seminal fluid is made in your glands. Urine comes from your bladder...
If you have recently ejaculated, for example by spanking your monkey, and then you have a pee, then you may have small traces of seminal fluid (which contains sperms) in your urethra (the tube that is your pee hole) and any seminal fluid left in that tube will get flushed out with the urine.
However, urine is effective at killing sperms, so they will nto be very healthy once you flush them out with urine. OK?
