Answers:

You are probably referring to your scrotum more than your actual testicles. The testicles are the organs (balls) inside the scrotum (sack). This is totally normal in puberty and simply shows that your body is beginning to grow in this area. The progress is usually that the balls drop, you start to see some hair, then the penis lengthens and everything starts to fill out. Most guys are adult man size by the time they are about 16, but some guys keep growing slowly into their twenty's. The real good news is that if you start to do some manual stretching now, your body will respond very well and you can get bigger than if you had just left things to nature. We don't talk much of this here in america because of the "oversexualization" of youth, but just think about all the headaches we could solve if we taught boys how to make themselve bigger when they are younger. Oh well. hang in there, keep a journal with some photos if you like, it was a pretty common suggestion for awhile by a group of pediatricians. That way you can really see how much you've grown. Just don't let the pics get out. Good luck, write me if you want some straight up answers and can't seem to find the answers. I don't know it all, but I've worked with this sort of thing for years and will be getting my master's soon in pediatric and family practice nursing. Similiar to a MD degree. Good luck
