Question: Is this combination of vitamins a good daily regiment?
each morning i have a healthy breakfast containing OJ, the i take a folic acid, vitamin D, iron and B-6
Answers:
Can't hurt. Maybe add a multi vitamin. Folic acid and B6 are water soluble so any excess you will pee out of your body. Vit D and Iron are fat soluble any excess stays in your body, so for these take the recommended dose. If your stool becomes black and tarry (sticky) you are getting to much Iron and can stop the iron pill.
