If you stick with it for the next 2 months yes. But the most important thing is what you eat from this point on. You can work out all you want but if you drink a lot of sodas and eat a lot of junk food you're wasting your time. Well not wasting but you wont see the results you're looking for. High protein and lots of fruits and vegetables. Good luck.
I am a Varsity wrestler at my school, and I lose/ gain weight ALOT! so I know what im talking about. exercise 3 times a week, and change your diet. NO WHITE OR BLEACHED FLOUR!!! The bleached flour cannot be digested by your body and turns straight into fat. so no white bread or pasta or anything with white flour NO UNHEALTHY SUGARS! so eat lots of fruits and vegitables, but avoid candy and sweet tea. avoid fruit juce. Fruit juices are made from fruit concentrate so one glass of Orange Juice could be around 20 oranges. and thats not very healthy either. NO CARBONATED DRINKS! the sugar in them is bad, and the carbonation itself as well as the dyes are very unhealthy. they are filled with empty calories. Lastly, EAT WHOLE GRAIN EVERYTHING! its good for you, full of fiber, and very easy for your body to digest. By the Way, DONT BUY LOW FAT FOODS, eat foods with little fat, but dont eat a low fat yogurt. when foods are removed of their fats you body works less to digest them and burns less calories naturally. oh, and eat lots of foods with nutrients like protein. oh and dont eat beans from restaurants because they are cooked in lard. speaking of restaurants, DO NOT EAT FAST FOOD! except MAYBE subway or quiznos or something
