What are some good ways to stay awake , Only had 1 hour of sleep last night and !
Question: What are some good ways to stay awake , Only had 1 hour of sleep last night and have a 12 hour shift ahead?
Ive had a couple of coffees... which only helps for about an hour then I start to crash....
Any help would be great.

A good way to stay awake would be to take a shower or wash your face...do something to refresh yourself. Also if you're looking for some, " instant," energy, these foods are all bundled up with loads sprouts,broccoli, asparagus and spinach.
Also massaging any of the following areas are known to reduce fatigue :
Top of your head (lightly tap with your fingertip) .
Top of the back of your neck
.Back of your hands (between thumb and index finger) .
Just below the knees.
Earlobes

P.S a " sugar " overload wouldn't help..it'll just have you jittery for like 2 mins and then you'll crash like crazy.
Get off the computer, and close your eyes for 15 minutes.
Cold compress on forehead, eye drops, light exercise to get blood flowing.
