Taekwondo help please?!
Question: Taekwondo help please?
I am 21, i joined WTF Taekwondo before 2 months and i am in love with their workouts. I go to class 2 times a day. Morning 6-7:30 endurance training to get in shape, evening 5-7 they will teach kickings and some punches.
Problem is.....
1> When i start punching i get injured in my wrist always and i don't have strong hands/wrist.
Please tel me how to get my hands stronger, tel me about calcium foods also.
2>My kicks are good but i don't have flexibility in my legs, please tel me how to do splittings.

im a black stripe in tae kwon do! im 14 so im probably more Flexible thank you but my dad is like 54 and hes a black belt..anyways i think if you keep doing it you will build more muscle and get better at it. also if you stretch your legs everyday you will get more Flexible...i hope this helps!
