I can, most of the time. Of all the women I've seen, I realise Chinese women tend to have more angular faces or higher cheekbones. Japanese women have finer features and smaller mouths/noses, while Koreans have smoother features and very good complexion. =) Of course there are exceptions!

I can't tell a Mexican from a Columbian from a Filipino, let alone the difference between Asian girls. - except that Filipino girls look Mexican and Chinese... That and girls from south east asia have darker skin.

Koreans generally have wider faces. Chinese people will have slightly more acne than Japanese, and Japanese girls will have stringy hair and a thinner face. It's tough, and there are always exceptions, and it's always best not to assume.

It all depends. Most asians can tell each other aprat and think all white people look the same like a lot of black people I know.
I sometimes admit all black, asians, and mexicans look the same.
I'm not racist but sometimes the same person will say hi to me and I get them confused with some one else.
