Question: Is my workout routine good?
Well heres my Workout routine. I'm 16 years old, weight 130 pounds, thin, i have muscle build into my abs but my little stomach hides it, and my diet is...

morning: cereal (special K to be specific)
afternoon: School lunch (snack wrap, sun chips, chocolate milk)
night: anything

My workout routine: (Monday to Thursday)

15 crunches, 15 push-ups, 15 leg raises, 15 weight lifting with one arm, 15 weight lifting with my other arm. (All this will be repeated for 30 minutes)
For another 30 minutes, i jump the rope non-stop.

So, what do you think? Will i have a six pack by April or earlier?

My friends and I have a core workout that we do regularly, and it's really good. We start out with 15 crunches, lie on our backs with legs in the air, and reach toward our toes 15 times, 15 obliques, and 15 side crunches. we do four sets of these while increasing the number of crunches, toe touches, obliques, and side crunches by 5 each time. Then we alternate rowing 500 meters and doing planks, which is where you lie on your stomach and then push and hold yourself up on your feet and your elbows for 1 minute, and then another 1 minute plank on each side. the whole thing lasts about 45 min. Do this if you want abs. However, it isnt good to do the same thing over and over again each day, so add some variation. We only do this 2x a week.
