2 weeks and a half ago I had a circumcision done, after two weeks I noticed my penis wierd when it′s faccid, when very little because of cold the left over covers half of my glans. I went yesterday to see the doctor again and had him explain me what kind of circ I had, I asked him to do it again, but a complete circumcision this time, but he just looked at me surprised and said, hey silly boy I did a complete one, and showed me that he cannot remove everything, so I can be comfortable whe it′s rigid.

I just wanted to know if this is normal. I saw pictures on the internet of circumcised penis and they look with their glans completely exposed. I can′t get the skin position the same when rigid though, when it′s hard it′s completely expose and I can′t cover my glans, I can′t even cover the half my glans. Is this normal when flaccid?

Your condition is perfectly normal, especially if the size difference between flaccid and erect is significant. While you no longer have a foreskin, obviously your shaft will still have skin! So the skin is tight when you're erect, but bunches up when flaccid.

So no, there's nothing wrong with you and no you didn't get a "partial" circumcision.

It takes 8 weeks for scars to heal.

So you cannot tell at 2 weeks
Also it is usual for doctor to leave enough room to erect
and adult circumcision is not the same as infant.

Yes, this is completely normal...you are just not used to it being this way. I have many friends who are circumised and they all look the same...it also depends on your age and size so e-mail me at tap529@yahoo.com and we can further discuss this... :)

You may have some shrinkage from being cold. what happens in a warm bath? Do you still have coverage of the glans?

If he cuts too much off you will be in pain when you have an erection, so don't do it.

those people with tighter circumcision often cant even get erections with out painful tightness

There is always going to be some degree of variance. Does it hurt to get an erection? That is the big question

If they have cut it off then they have thrown the wrong piece away I think .
