Question: Extremely small when soft, much larger when hard, why?

i measure 3.5 soft, but when im hard i measure just shy of 7.5 (8in. if extremely turned on) how is this possible? also is it normal? its embarrassing because i have to balance the blood flow to get it semi-hard before i whip it out or else i look like im either small as a rabbit down there or extremely turned on for some reason. again, is this normal? also is it normal that i think about the size of other guys in the locker room (whether or not they are bigger than me with a full hard on or not.) ??

Totally normal.

Some guys are "show-ers" - almost the same size when soft and hard.

Others are "grow-ers" - very different sizes when soft and hard.

No big deal.

Same way here, but consider it a blessing in disguse. Do you really think that having an 8" penis all the time would be convienent? Riding a bike, doing work or just plain walking. There is a reason why you penis only gets very large at certain times. And just so you know, the first reply is correct. Usually men with a large penis when flaccid don't get much larger when erect. And think of the surprise for your partner when she see's the differencem, always interesting.
