people can start aging very young!. i know someone who was bald at 19, there may be nothing you can do, it might just be genetic!. Otherwise pay attention to your diet and any hair products you may useWww@Answer-Health@Com
Hair color, or the lack of it, is due more to heredity then almost anything else!. You are possibly one of millions of people who's hair will go gray prematurely!. If you are concerned about this talk to your parents and see if anyone else in the family has this!. Talk to your doctor the next time you have an appointment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
there are a number of problems that might cause gray hair, if you have changed your diet then I would consider vitamin 12 deficiency would be the most likely cause!. There are other possible causes including thyroid problems, inherited medical problems and post-viral conditions!.

Why don't you ask your doctor about it!? He can tell you if it could be a deficiency and if something can be done about it!. There is more of it around than you might think!. Don't hesitate to ask!. It is better to find out about it; than to ignore it!.
