Question: Hello guys how long will it take for me !?
how long will it take for me to get a ripped body by july next year
because my family and i are going on a cruise and im abit over weight
i weigh 95 kilos stand at 170!?!?cm people might say its not fat but i got a 96cm gut and a 105 cm chest (man boobs are in there =()
i do muay thai monday wenseday and friday and i'm on a strict diet
would i have lost my gut and boobs by july next year i just don't want to be fat anymore i want to fight in muay thai and i want a good body so i can walk around with no shirt on etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you stick to a healthy diet , and also go for gym sessions !. !. do you do many weights with muay thai !?
cause if you dont then probably gym about 3 days a week !? do a 3-day-split workout scheme which targets all of your body !.
For example: Monday - Chest & Triceps Wednesday - Legs & Shoulders Friday - Back & Biceps Oh and don't forget the cardio workout ! Maybe go for a 10 minute run before and after each workout !?
This is the workout scheme i use and it works quite well !. But like you said , you do muay thai on those days so maybe you could gym Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday !?

Rofl!. Im regular I work out a bunch, but no diet!. Have Pecs, six pack coming in but not there pretty big arms!. Been working out a LONG time, since january of last year when I was 160 still 160 this year!.
