Question: How growth my bicap !?
i m do daily exercise and have good body!.but my bicep is not growth wat i do to growth them!.only give champion answer thanxxxxxxxxxxxx!.

mix up your workout
instead of doing 5 sets or normal barbell curls do 2 sets of barbell curls, 2 sets of preacher curls and 2 sets of dung bell curls!. this will develop all parts of the bicep!.
start with low rep high weight sets to build mass and then in a a few months swithch to a high rep low weight to get them cut!.
and make sure to go all the way down until your arm is straight and do not use ur back!. its more important to have good form than more weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

The standard exercise to grow the bicep muscle is the curl!. Hold a small dumbbell in your hand and raise it by flexing your elbow!. To increase muscle size, use a weight that you cannot curl more than 8 - 10 times!. Do three sets of these repetitions for each arm in each exercise session!. Let your muscle rest and regrow on alternate days!. When you find you can do 10 repetitions in every set, move up to a higher weight on the next session!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
