What's the difference in the past and the present!? Has anything changed!? Have you grown!? Have they changed the packaging on the products!? You have to be the sole judge of what size you need!. You might have to go by trial & error until you find what you need!. the respective names like Magnum, XXL are indicators for men who need a larger than regular condom!. Otherwise all condoms are made to fit the average man!.
