Hi i am only 5'7 and i heard there are chinese pills that will make you grow 2 inches or so!? Is this true if so where can I get them and are there any side effects!? They're all garbage!. I did research on height increase and found only one option!.
You can go to the doctor where he breaks your legs and then puts them in braces that are drilled into the bone!. As the legs heal, they are slowly pulled apart from the break!. So you create new bone where the break occurred!. It's incredibly painful and takes about a year!.
