Well, since they are very close, and nearly twins, wen something happens to one, it may affect the other!. If your underwear is too tight, that may injure them!. If you live somewhere in a cold area, then they could be just trying to stay warm!. if there's any pain, go see a doctor!. Also, take a really warm or hot shower, and feel around, carefully and softly, for any irregularities!. They should be smooth, except for the back!. Those are just some vessels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
