Masturbating feels really good, and that moves us to do it a lot!. This is a normal reaction, repeating something that feels good, like eating, reading, playing a favorite sport, watching TV!. It's not addiction!. There's a tendency these days to call anything we do a lot of an "addiction", when there's no scientific basis for calling it so!.
