Question: I want to get a six pack but don't want to just excersice!?
i am 13 and want a six pack but don't want to have to run for a long time daily or do lots of sit ups what are some good excersises that will help me get a six packWww@Answer-Health@Com

well a lot of it is diet!.
then exercise, you cannot really get around that!.

a combination of diet, weight training and cardiovascular exercise is the best bet!.

sorry but sit ups happen to be basically the best exercise for your abs you can also try the bicycle exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
