Is this weird for a 14 yr old?!


Question: Is this weird for a 14 yr old!?
OK, i started doing leg extentions and other exercises on my home gym that i got 2 weeks ago, I do legs every second day


I started off lifting 40 kg leg extentions, 8 reps: 3 sets and it was basically the highest weight i could go

a few workouts later i started doing 55kg leg extentions 8 reps : 3 sets

another few i started doing 72kg leg extentions 8 reps :3 sets

then a few more later ,82kg 8reps : 3 sets

now i can lift 100 kg on leg extentions two times!.

Is this normal!? Am I increasing weight too fast!?

Also is that much!? 100 kg leg extention!?

Also , im 5'7 (168 cm) and 54 kg!.

you can do way more harm than good by increasing so quickly!
slow it down!
it will help you in the long run
at this rate u might end up hurting your back or any muscles!Www@Answer-Health@Com

do each round of weights for a least 3- weeks and give your body time to recover between!.!.!.try creatine to help with recovery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This goes way to fast:you need to give your muscles that you are developing more time to recover
