Question: I am 12 and have man boobs I would like to get rid of!. PLEASE HELP ME!?
I am 12 and have man boobs I am 5,3 and weigh 140 I am willing to do anything but surgery!. i am even willing to use pills I just want to get rid of them!. I play Soccer and Basketball!. I have Soccer practice every day and work hard at practice!. Again I will do Exercise, Diet, Pills Even all of the above if I have to I just want to get rid of them!. PLEASE HELP!. just watch what you eat!.!.!.don't starve yourself, but eat lots of fruits and veggies!.!.!.drink a lot of water
cut down on the oily, fatty **** (chips, candy, soda!.!.ect!.)
do not take pills!.!.!.stupid!!

Eat every meal, with normal food!. No fast food, french fries, sodas, and junkie stuff like that!.
Try to eat dinner before 6!.

Eat veggies and fruit, and lots of water!.

Diet pills aren't good for you!.
You can just stick to a healthy diet, and exercise, and you should be fine!. It might take a month or so!.

But limit the doughnuts and cakes to once a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well i think that's just apart of growing well if not try a diet or lots of exercise

ask your parents for their advice
