Question: How much should I be eating after working out and what should I be eating!?
I typically do intense one and a half hour upper body and arms workout every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!. I need to know what to eat and how many calories to take in in order to see muscle growth!. I'm 18 years old, male, 5'10", 64 kg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein is one of the best things to eat after a workout!. You just tore down muscle if you lifted any weight and they need protein to repair and build!. There are lots of theories on this, but almost all of them involve some protein intake after a workout!. There are a couple of sites to check out below!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
