you'll want to reduce your fat intake, and increase you protein intake!. protein shakes and that sort of stuff are good!. Get to a gym and use weight machines!. Bench press will work best for pecks!. Self exercising can only do so much in a short amount of time!. Also, change your diet to eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals!. This, mixed in with weights, will increase your metabolism and turn any excess fat into muscle mass!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the gym and get a personal trainer, tell them what you want, bigger pecks,etc and if your working out a lot you'll need to eat more so you get in enough calories not being burned off, expecially protein!Www@Answer-Health@Com
