Question: How do i gain weight really fast im 15!?
im very skinny my parents keep saying that and thats true and i want to gain weight i eat but not much!. I weigh about 6'8stones and 97pounds my height is about 5'6-7feet!. Please tell me how i can gain weight fastWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure how much 6'8stones is, but if you're simply skinny, don't worry about it (unless you resemble Paris Hilton naked - that is, flat chest, ribs showing, somewhat like you escaped from a concentration camp)!.



A better answer, is simply try to maintain and enhance your overall physique!. Make sure you're eating a healthy, balanced breakfast (No, even if you moved up from Poptarts to "Whole-Grain Total" it still isn't balanced), and a full lunch!.

If you aren't, find a form of exercise you enjoy (Schools tend to push sports, personally I hated them and found Yoga the first form of exercise I truly enjoyed), a good workout will or should trigger your hunger, and also help you look/feel better in the long term (in the short term, if you're exercising seriously for the first time, you'll probably feel like ****)!.

Other than that, don't worry too much about just your weight!. Instead, learn how to get your BMI, and just make sure you personally feel happy about how you look and feel!.

Exception: If your diet consists of celery sticks and lettuce washed down with a mix of Avien water and metamucil, or you find it more entertaining to look at your food after you've swallowed it by using the finger-throat trick, then you have a eating disorder!.
