Question: What can I take to help me gain some weight, I'm 19!?
Ok, im 19 (like i said)!. I am also underweight!. I've been the same weight for a while!. I weight 120!. I never gone beyond that its always been that or lower!. Im very anxiuos to gain so weight!. Im turning 20 in January and I don't look 20!. Plus i have a little kid face so i look much youger!. So gaining some weight could help me a lot to look better (not looks just my physique)!. Im 18 and I had the same exact problem this year!. You need to start a body building regiment (learn from someone who knows what they are doing) Work out chest monday, back tuesday, shoulders wednesday, triceps thursday, biceps friday, and legs saturday!. Also do abs 3 times a week!. It will be hard to get into but once you see some results you will get into it!. I had my doubts but its working for me!. I was 18 120 lbs and 5-10 now im 143 and I look a lot older and better!. You should eat a lot and spread out your meals and drink whey protein afterwards!. Just make sure you learn how to lift correctly and do not try to do too much weight at first!. Again when you see your first results you will start getting motivated to work out harder and harder!. Just keep at it and eat a lot and eat healthy and you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've tried everything, and I'm still like you!. Working out and eating lots of protein and drinking a lot of milk is the best way!. It takes forever, so you better be damned committed to it!.

Don't eat lots of fatty unhealthy foods!. You have a high metabolism so that won't do anything besides make you extremely unhealthy!. Don't take creatine either!. Working out will work without all that nasty crap!. Start a good workout routine and do NOT quit, no matter how little you appear to be gaining!. You are cursed with a ridiculously high metabolism like me, so you have to be patient!. Stay natural and healthy!. It's more important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok here's what to do to build muscle mass!. Work out every other day lifting weights don't do more than that because you need to give your muscle time to rebuild!. increase the weight about every two weeks or sooner if your comfortable!. if need be higher a trainer at the gym!. eat a high protein diet, eggs are the best!. Also don't do cardio cause that burn's fat which you want to gain weightlifting will be enough!. here is a list of supplements i found if you are series about it but there not needed and i don't use them but they act as facilitators!.

First of all, make sure you're having your 3 meals a day!.

If you are at the moment then i would suggest you try to add some weight to the things you eat!. I am guessing you are sticking to fruits and salads, which contain barely any fat!. Try to turn some of the things you eat into heavier foods!.

I don't recommend snacking, as that that screw up your energy rhythm throughout the day!.

thats how my friends boyfriend is!. and that boy eats a storm up!. so you kno it jus might not happen he's 24 almost 25 and he weighs jus about the same as his girlfriend!.!.and it says alot when shes only 115 maybe 116!. im sure you can try protein shakes and bars but other than that!.!.dude you gonna have to stick wit it!.
