it could be a bladder problem it could be a circulation problem maybe you need to wear looser clothing !.!.!. it could be that you have strained a muscle right above you're penis !.!.!.
try massaging the area gently !.!. and taking a pain reliever if it persists see a dr but to be it sounds like more of muscle strain!.
