Question: Help me please!!!!!!!!!?
Ok first of all i have pain in the right side of my stomach!. Sometimes it hurts a lot but only when i touch it!. Next, when i go to the bathroom it hurts and when i wipe theres blood!. No answers that make fun of me please i need to know how serious this is!. can someone that is not a jerk please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

It seems like it could be something serious and I don't mean to scare you!. Please, please go to your physician and tell him your symptoms!. it could be just and irritation on the colon, or an inflammation on the intestines!. It could also be something more serious and should definitely be checked!.
The hurting and bleeding when going to the bathroom could be a hemorrhoid or anal fissures!.
I'm concerned about the pain on the side of your stomach!.

I know that sometimes it's scarry 2 go see a doctor, but when it comes 2 U're health, U should really go se a doctor about that!.
Having blood in U're stool is nor NORMAL & can be real dangerous!.
Woudn't it be better 2 know what's rong than ingnoring it, & then it ends up being a lot worst than it was!.
Knowing sooner about the problem can GREATLY help U in so many ways!.
How does that old saying goes!.!.!.!.!.!."better 2 be sure now, than be a heck of a lot sorry later, right !?
If I were U, I'd go see a doctor right away!. Who knows just what's going on in there !?
I would rather know than live my life wondering if it'll ever get better or even worst, it could get really, really worst!.
Wouldn't U want 2 know the cause now, than keep being scared & wondering if it'll go away some day !?

Any rectal (bum) bleeding should be referred to a doctor for proper diagnosis!.
There are many reasons why your butt might bleed!.!.!. it could be an anal fissure (like a cut or crack) that opens up when you poop or it could be hemorrhoids!.
Hemorrhoids can be removed and anal fissures can be treated!.
The worst case scenario is bowel cancer but I must stress it is unlikely to be cancer!.!.!.!.
You MUST see a doctor to have this checked out!. Your GP is likely to refer you to a specialist (bum doctor) to have tests done!.
