Question: My friend's smoking problom!. wat do i do!
my friend/cousin is a very good guy were both 13, and he really is addicted to weed!.!. i don't no wat to do!.!. i try to tell him to stop and i threat him that i will tell his parent's if he does'nt stop!!.!. but then he threaten's me!.!. idk wat to do i just don't want him to smoke or be a drug addict like his parent's used to be

You can advise him on what you think he should do and what you believe is right, but unless he wants and believes he needs to stop, he wont!.
Don't threaten him, because that only makes things worse for yourself, and to be honest, it doesn't help the situation and doesn't look like it has been successful so far!.
You could decide to cut all links with him for a while, so he gets the message that you disagree with what he is doing!. You don't want to get caught up in his addiction, because it will cause you harm and emotionally hurt you!.

This is difficult if he wont listen to u then just don't do anything!. But remember don't do what he he is doing sorry if i sound like a "guardian" but im 14 and sorta have tha same problem!.
