Plyometrics or if your looking to increase your vertical jumpsoles helped me a lot i gained 4 inches in a month and eat a lot of protein if your skinny like i am u need to work on your core strength your abs and chest and do squats etc also what i do for basketball i jump up and touch rim then as soon as u hit the ground explode back up and grab it and do that as many times untill failureWww@Answer-Health@Com
