Question: What is this exercise called!?
Last night at the gym there was this tall lanky guy with a headband and wearing Richard Simmons type outfit working out!. He went over to the DB rack and shouted "Lets work those buns hun"! He picked up two 5lb DB's and stated running around the gym doing what looked like some sort of alternating shrugs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
