yes u can and me and my friends have done it before u do need to EAT about 2 or 3 ground up nutmegs for it to happen but it is the shittyest high ever it takes about 5-6 hours to get any feeling from it it does last for a long time tho and its pretty kl when it happens as u halucinate loads like everything goes wobbly but the probelm is it lasts for hours and hours and after u feel worse than a hangover :( dnt do it mate Www@Answer-Health@Com
Nutmeg has some plant chemicals which are akin to LSD (I think)!. Ultimately it may leave you jittery, with damages to your nerves!. Do not do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
