Which is more important? partying or physical health?!


Question: Which is more important!? partying or physical health!?
should i not drink alcohol and concentrate on getting a great body at the gym

OR

should i party with all my friends and get hammered like once or twice a week, and still go to the gym!?


if i chose to drink alcohol i have a feeling my gains in the gym will be severely crippled!. btw i am 18 going to college in a monthWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well the alcohol will mess with your body especially if your in the gym working your A** off! But maybe trying drinking every other weekend! thats what i do and my body is still growing really fast!. Plus during the week i take care of it as far as eating healthy Etc!. If your going into college you will end up drinking! but just be smart about it! If you want a nice body then be head strong and do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

both!. haha!. well my freshman year of college i never drank and worked out a lot!.!.!.but sophomore year i drank wayyy too much and rarely exercised!.!.!.i even drank on sunday mornings and would go my club meetings wasted!. bad idea!. lol!. but my junior year i struck a balance!. i still go to parties often but i dont drink at all of them!. my bf is in a frat so they have parties basically every weekend and i still go to most of them but i prob only drink at a quarter of them!. some months i would drink at 3 of the four weekends, but other months i did not drink at all!. also to make myself feel better about drinking, i exercise most days, and def!. the day i am drinking!. and i dont drink both fri and sat!. i pick one day so i dont over do it!.!.!.!.and so i dont have a hangover all weekend!. at the parties that i dont drink alcohol, i usually drink diet coke because it keeps my mouth/hands busy so im not tempted to drink beer, and it taste good to me and it calorie free!. and if the gym gets boring, you can do something like rock climbing or white water rafting!. check out the clubs at your school!. i am in one where we take trips like skiing, rafting etc, so it takes up a day during the weekend and you get some fun exerciselWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do both!. Work hard and party hard!. They'll cancel it out!.!.!.and probably if you work hard enough, the partying won't effect your body as much!.
You'll be healthy!. Mabye not the huge bulky six-pack healthy, but at least you'll have a life!. That's what truly matters!.

Nothing comes for free! Allow yourself to enjoy college by hanging out with your friends and partying, but getting wasted twice a week is seriously going to hamper your work-out routine!. Why don't you party hard every other week and take it a little easier in the weekends in-between!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not a guy so I can't answer your question specifically, but from a girl's perspective I'd say it's more attractive for a guy to be healthy and go to the gym than get hammered every weekend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop drinking and be healthy and not obsessive because your showing signs of a future alcoholic don't make the gym your alcohol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
