Question: Dirty Uncircumcised penis help!?
I haven't retracted the foreskin to a certain point until today and saw that there was much white debris like dirt!. I am worried that it is very dirty and wish for your tips and help on how to clean it!. I tried to pour water on it while taking a shower and put some soap on it but not much came off!. It's very sensitive and hurts when I touch it or the inside of the foreskin!. Your help and tips would be greatly appreciated!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

The "white debris" is smegma, naturally secreted by glands in your foreskin!. Pull the foreskin back every time you bathe and wash beneath the foreskin with soap and water!. I've notice that some people here have said not to use soap, but I have since forever and I've never had a problem!.
Also, when I was a little boy my daddy taught me to pull the foreskin back all the way every time I took a pee!. I think that's still good advice!. That way you stretch the foreskin as your penis head grows and you don't end up with tight foreskin that is difficult or even painful to pull back!.
Wash that pecker every time you bathe and if your foreskin is tight and hard to pull back then use a little lotion or Vaseline on the head of your pecker until you can do it easily!.
EDIT: I checked out the web site that Julian posted and that answer sounds quite drastic, since "white stuff" under the foreskin is a very natural and normal thing for an uncircumcised boy your age!. It's ashame no one ever told you how to take care of yourself!.!. use any bath soap and gently cleanse the area at first, when the smegma goes away and there are no signs of irratation start using a lotion after every shower or bath with no sugar in it (glycol) and make sure it has a low alcohol level, this will help keep it clean and easier to wash off any remaining bits of crud that can build up around and underneath the foreskin!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's likely that you have a fungal infection such as Thrush!. The best thing to do is go to your doctors!.
Uncircumcised penises can be just as clean as circumcised ones!. They just need extra maintainance! Gently clean under your foreskin everyday with clean water!. Never use soap!.

dude don't worry about it (TOO MUCH)!. all you have to do is when in the shower try to retract the skin alittle so the water can fall on the debris (smegma)!. it will probably be a little sensitive but thats normal!. just try to endure and you should be clean after at least 2 to 5 showers give or take!. hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
Be careful not to use strong soap on it, it can be very irritating to your penis!. You can soak it in warm water to soften up the smegma, and gradually and gently clean it!.

Sounds like smegma!. Keep doing what you're doing rubbing it with water and it should go awya!. You might have a build-up!. It's normal for it to be sensitive too!. But the more you touch it the less sensitive it will get!. Also be careful using soap on that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When in the shower clean it with water!. Its caused from jacking off and not cleaning up or something like that!. But it is normal and you just have to clean it during a shower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
