Any Jews or Muslims living in the UK would also be circumcised just like you!. Although it is very rare for Christians and people of other religions to be unless they had a similar medical reason for doing it!. About 15% of men living in the UK are circumcised but only about 3% of newborns are ever circumcised there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude you are what you are if you were in the US you would be in the majority!. It is weird that dudes feel the way they do depenting on where they live!. chicks and dudes feel the being circed in the US is the way it is suppost to be but actually being uncut and keeping what is given to you is the real way to be!. While definitely in the minority it is not really rare!. Although I am sure the one of the other answerers is right about the very low level of neonatal circumcision there are a number of boys who have to be circumcised out of the neonatal period and many men do in later life due to various problems and sometimes out of personal choice!. My guess is the overall rate is around 20 percent with a higher percentage in the older age groups and a smaller percent in the younger!. When I was at secondary school in the sixties my guess would be about 40percent of us were circumcised!.
