Question: I'm 16 and im wondering if its too young to start lifting weights!?!? Will it stunt my growth!?!?
Im considering using a whey protein suppliment too such as maximuscle cyclone, if anyone has heard of that is it good!?!? also im quite tall 6 foot tall and weigh 153 pounds if that makes any difference!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

since ur 6 foot don't worry bout it
even if it stunts your growth your fine
jsut make sure you don't start lifting heavy weights too early
start lite and when you learn how to lift slowly raise it up
take your protein shakes after your workouts to maximise muscle growth
drink lots of water

i think u should be fine im 15 and i been doing weight lifting in my pe class room for about a year now and im taller dan most other 10 gradersWww@Answer-Health@Com
