im in the 11th grade there is this guy at my school who whenever i happen to see him is always staring at me!. for example last week i was driving out of the parking lot and there was a line to exit it and so my car was stopped!. he was right like 6 feet away from my car to the left standing with his friends!. i could see from the corner of my eye that he was staring at me for over 40 seconds straight!. it made me uncomfortable so i pretended like i didn't see and that i was messing with my radio or w/e!. this happens all the time!.i always ignore it and pretend i don't see him b/c its awkward!. i like him but i don't know why he doesn't talk to me and why he does this!? we have hardly ever talked and only have 1 class together!. he is popular but i never see him with girls!. he stares so often even when im walking with my friends!. this staring has been going on OVER ONE YEAR AND A HALF!. its like whenever he sees me he stops w/e hes doing and staresWww@Answer-Health@Com

My guess he is shy because he hasn't talked to you and you said he isn't dating anyone!. With both of you shy, this could go on for a long time and it would be a shame if you two could have been having a good time all this time and in the future!.

The next time you see him, rather than look away, just say, "hey" or "what's up" as you pass him!. If he's already looking at you, he may say wait up and talk to you some!.

A co-worker of mine is only attracted to short balding guys who wear glasses!. She's 24 and a hottie!. I asked her about it and she said, it's just type, I can appreciate a hunk, but I like guys who are somewhat nerdy!.
Guys are the same way when their friends aren't around!.

Have, you ever read the book "He's Just Not That Into You"!? If you haven't you should, because it is so ture!. He probably doesn't like you because he has known you for a year and a half or over that, and he hasn't made a move!. When guys like someone we will make a move!. This post made me laugh a little bit because this guy reminds me of me!. I have a tendancy to stare at people sometimes and check people out, and it is SO obvious!. Some of us just don't have the gift to be deiscreet and subtle!. I think he probably thinks you are hott!. and just checks you out when he can!. Just keep doing what you are doing, and keep ignoring him!. You could try talking to him more in your class and maybe that will ease some of the tention and the akwardness!. If he gets to know you some more who knows he may come up and talk to you instead of staring!. And maybe I'm wrong and he really does like you, maybe talking to him more will get you two closer!. Try it!. It can't hurt!.
