Do Not put neosporin on it!! dont put anything on it!! it sounds like it might be a pylonidial cyst!. you could try to pop it to releive pressure!.Some nasty crap might come out ,that will help you determine what your dealing with!.grab it from deep under and bring squeezing pressure to top!. You can take a really hot salt bat to draw it out better!.Just regular table salt 3-5 heaping tablespoons in bath while water is running to best dissolve salt!.
