Just watch out, remember menstruation is the shedding of the uterine lining, which means there is giong to be some tissue and blood clots and blood invloved!. Be prepared for that, it's not always visually pleasing for guys!.
Also, you might want to have sex on a sheet and jump in the shower afterwards -- or were a condom to contain the red fluid!.

it's all up to you and how you feel about it!. there will be blood so definitely use protection!. yes it does help with the symptoms!. the endorphins released by orgasm act like a natural pain reliever which help with cramps!.!. there is nothing unnatural about it and nothing bad will happen except perhaps a huge mess but you can do it in the shower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
