my parents have been telling me to sit up straight more often!. they checked out backs at school, and the person to tell my doctor to look at my back because there was a problem with it!.

Otherwise think about visiting a physiotherapist!. They can give you exercises to stretch certain muscles and strengthen others so that you have better posture!.
For example tight chest and shoulder muscles will pull your shoulders forward causing you to slouch!.
Even tight hamstrings can cause a curve in your back!.

Try sleeping on the floor!. Put a mattress on the floor and try sleeping on your back!. It is so helpful in preventing hunchback, Do a lot of exercises and jogging, aerobics are also beneficial,Www@Answer-Health@Com
