It's really hard to get a good measurement when soft since it changes so much because of cold, water, sweat, whatever, and I've never heard an average soft size, but about the biggest mine ever is soft is about 5!.5!. Don't feel bad though because 5!.1 is average erect and mine is 8 erect so just compare your erect size to the average 5!.1 to get an idea of how close you are to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
