Stomach Fat Question?!
Question: Stomach Fat Question!?
I am 15 years old, male, 5 foot 1" and I weigh 7 stone (98 pounds) and according to a BMI calculator, that is underweight-just right!. However, I have fat on my stomach (when i sit down it hangs over my trousers) and when I stand up, my stomach is not completely flat!. there are over people the same age and height as me who have a completely flat stomach!.
what do I need to do!? because i can't loose weight, but I don't really want a bit of a belly!Www@Answer-Health@Com

BMI's in my opinion are a little whacked!. I'm 5'8'' and weigh 210 pounds!. I'm considered obese according to the bmi, but I am healthy!. No gut over hang or anything!. I talked to my dr about it and he said its because I have more muscle so the bmi isnt that accurate and not to worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crunches and getting on an exercise regime!. Do it safely though ya might want to just have your parent set up a Dr's appt for a check-up and then ask the doc things you can do!. he will give you papers with pictures of which exercises to do and how many and all that!. Good luck!

The one called "Are you ready Steve" nailed it short and sweet!.
You need to exercise the abs some (crunches, sit ups, etc)!. And you also need cardio to burn the fat off so the abs can show!.
Also you need to eat right!. No fast food, no junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
