Ok, I live in scotland and I am soooo confused with the law over sex!
Right!.!.!. What I get is the female needs to be 16 or over!.!.!. But what about the guy!? It doesn't say! All it says is is ileagal if your male to have sex with anyone under 16!.!.!. but if your female, you are not comiting an offence to have under age sex!.
(I'm 13!.!.!. Just thinking it would be useful to know!)
So lets say your 15y/o (M) and have sex with a 16y/o (F) is that ilegal!?

According to English Common Law, both male and female must be 16 or over!. I assume that Scottish Law has a similar provision, but if you are in doubt, just go with what is legal south of the border!Www@Answer-Health@Com
