The healthiest way to digest food is by properly chewing your food!. Practice until you have it down!. It's a fact that most people don't chew their food properly, or just enough!.
Chew at least 20 times on eat moderate sized bite of food that you intake!. Better yet, try chewing it like 30 times!.
You claim that the fiber you intake daily doesn't help!? I've found a diet in high fiber, high natural fiber really helps!. Vegetables and fruits are ideal for this!. Especially cucumber and tomatoes!.
Oh , also, if your daily fiber isn't helping , then combine a slight increase in daily fiber with high intensity cardio!.
