No, if a girl knows the answers they know the answers, you don't need to be a guy to know answers to most of the questions here, or to give opinions/advice!.
But, and my answer will probably be removed for saying this, the specific girl in question is a cheat which is why she's the Top Answerer!. The majority of the questions in Men's Health are about three things: masturbation, penis size, and circumcision!. Who better to address feelings about the latter two than those who use the penis!? Guys are generally asking for input into a topic!.
