Im a a 16 yr old male, i only weigh 125 tho so i need something that will not make me lose wieght!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try workout for volume for 3 months, with some weight gainer, eat at least 5 complete meals and at least 45 min of cardio!. You will be fine!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont suse suppliments!.
Just do muscle building!.
Like: crunches, weigts etc!.
But dont work the same muscle to days in a row!.
Because when you do sit ups your abdominals are actually tearing!. Then your body repairs it and you get more muscle!. But if you work the muscle again the next day it might not of repaired!.
