Before your first scrimmage take a few minutes and meditate!. Find somewhere quiet to sit and close your eyes and try to focus on your breathing!. Focus on each inhale and exhale!. Always works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Learn to take really deep breathes through your nose and exhale out of your mouth!. Sit somewhere quietly and calm down, listen to soothing music, like opera or relaxation Cd's!.

I know this sounds chessy but if you actually try it you will understand!. Go to the open arms of your God Jesus!. He said to come to him all who are weary and we will find rest in Him!. I tried many ways to find rest but real one that will give you full physical, mental, spiritual, emotional rest is only found in Him!. Go to his open arms!.!.spend time in your room and try to meditate on Him or ASK him to give you rest!.!.and watch and see!.!.He will! I also find that music that is about Jesus makes me rest in faith!. try the artists: Shane and Shane!.!.!.I go to bed listening to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drugs are not a good way to relax - it is called DOPE for a reason!. It increases paranoia too!.

Try a really deep breath in through your nose to REALLY FILL your lungs (take it in over 5 seconds)
Pause for 2 seconds then a SLOW release of your air to a comfortable level (again another 5 seconds)!.

Do this 3 times and be sure you are sitting upright !
